Returns and Exchanges

Question: Can I return my piece?

Answer: Because each piece is custom, we do NOT issue refunds or EXCHANGES. We also do NOT offer refunds for shipping charges.

Items that are custom made or special ordered just for you are not returnable.
All sales are final.
Once a custom order has been placed, production is notified and in effect. Cancellation of a custom order within 24 hours of placing the order is subject to a 15% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations over 48 hours.

Can I cancel my order before you begin production?

If we have not started production of your piece we can suspend your order. However we will issue a store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Sorry, no exceptions.

The stamped discs are custom created for you and are not returnable. If there is a defect with your jewelry please let me know and I will do what I can to remedy the problem.

If a refund has been offered to you it will be minus shipping fees paid and 40% of the purchase price to partially cover materials that were used in making your custom item. The item must be returned to me prior to any refund being processed. This policy is on a case by case basis.

Items must be in new, unaltered condition and in its original packaging. is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way.

If you have purchased a ready made Charm (not personalized) item from my shop and you are not completely satisfied with the item please contact me. Ready made items (not personalized) cannot be returned BUT exchanged only if they are unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped within 5 days of you receiving the item and exchanged for a equal items as the same price as the original item that was received. Again, this is only for Charm ONLY! ( this doesn't include chain and charm. JUST CHARM! A prepaid envelope must be included with charm. 

All Chains CANNOT be returned or exchanged. These chains are Specifically Cut and Measured to your request. They are as well, finished to your request. As shown on your invoice. 

I will replace chains only if they are defective (ONLY from broken from clasp or bad spring rings from the clasp) but you have to report that to me within the next 7 days after you receive your necklace, please note that defective chains must to be returned to me for the exchange and a paid return envelope included. I inspect all chains before I put the necklace together.

Please note that I am not responsible for broken chains or missing charms due to broken chains... The chains are delicate and soldered ( cemented ) and are not intended for heavy duty... (Please don't go to sleep with your necklace) I do have thicker chain's available. My chains are soldered ( cemented ) and it's impossible for the chains to break on their own. The only way to break the chain is to cut them with heavy duty clippers. I hand picked these chains and picked out the thickness in wire diameter. The higher the mm is the thicker the wire diameter is. 

I don't exchange chains if you order a wrong size (longer or shorter than what you expected). My chains are hand cut. I have in every listing the Details no how to pick out the correct length. Please scroll down any listing for those details. Or contact me if your not able to find it. My chains are cut to the length You ( customer ) picked out. Which is located on your invoice. I cut the chains by hand to the length you want, which is located on your invoice. If ordered the wrong length, please take a look at my shop in the Extra Section area, you are able to purchase the length you desire. 

I don't exchange chains if you order the wrong finish. My chains are finished to the customers choice, which is located on their invoice ( Choices are Oxidized and Shiny ). Oxidation on the chain varies, each chain when oxidized comes out differently each time. That is something I cannot control. My oxidation consists of a patina coating, which sometimes over time can get darker in color or lighten up completely. 

If a mistake has been made by you and the item has been stamped it will be at your expense to have a new item stamped if that is what you choose to do.

If I have made an error on your item please let me know and I will correct it as quickly as possible (I am not a machine so occasionally this does happen). If a mistake has been made by me and you decide that you do not want it corrected and you opt for a refund your refund will be minus shipping fees paid once the item is returned to me.

If you ordered the wrong lengths in the two items above and would like to get a new length, you must pay full amount for chain, not the difference between the chains, since these chains are hand cut and measured to your desire. 

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Leaving neutral or negative feedback before communicating with a seller is poor Etsy etiquette.
